Info Shakspeare Glass is right in the heart of Taunton, near the River Tone, between Debenhams and the Brewhouse Theatre. There is a convenient, if rather expensive, car park very close (Brewhouse Theatre/Coal Orchard car park) or a park and ride system at either end of the town. Taunton train and bus stations are both within an easy ten minute walk. We are open 6 days a week from 9am-5pm [10-5 on Mondays] All of our glass is made in Taunton. We generally blow glass 3 to 4 days a week so if you really want to watch and are making a special journey give us a call first . We always have a wide selection of our own glass on display as well as work from selected other British makers. We also stock a selection of glass jewellery from some of the top makers in the UK. Prices start at around £10 and reach into the thousands for our special cast wall hangiings. |
