These pieces just need to be picked up. They are incredibly tactile and work really well in groups or on their own.
Inspired by a beach with black and white pebbles near Solva in Pembrokeshire. We were walking a very small part of the coastal path and came across this amazing beach. It was monochrome and beautiful.
Each piece is coated in either black or white powdered glass and then has a contrasting powdered trail woven around the middle and to finish off, rolled through a selection of frits in different sizes. And then blown and shaped.
As with most of our ranges we use deliberately random techniques when we are applying the pattern. Our aim is not to make the next piece the same as the last but to try and make it better.
