Seagrass Vase 16895

The Seagrass range reflects my love of the colours within my favourite area. I could spend most of my life in the forgotten area between real land and real sea. I love the colours and the movement. There is always something to see and watch and reflect on.

Initially designed in response to a brief for an exhibition at Gallery Tresco in the Scilly Isles, this range has developed and grown.

We make the pieces with the colours applied hot, using canes we have pulled and different size frits in many colours, this always gives a completely unique look to every piece. When they come out of the annealer and are cool they are hand painted with a resist and then etched to give the soft matt and shiny surface qualities.
